Frequently Asked Questions

How does the "Bundle" feature work?

We create a unified navigation structure that links multiple "collections" (e.g., Football, Band, Alumni) into one Shopify storefront. This allows a customer to add items from the Band page and the Football page into a single cart and pay once.

What is the "Store Re-Open" fee?

If you miss the deadline or want to run a second round of orders, we charge a $100 administrative fee to reset the platform, update inventory availability, and re-schedule production slots.

When do we receive the funds?

For Level 2 (Campaigns), funds are distributed 7-10 business days after the campaign closes and production is finalized. For Level 1 & 3 (Ongoing), payouts are processed monthly.

What does Sorting & Bagging include?

For Level 2 campaigns, we individually fold, bag, and label every student's order. This saves your volunteers hours of work sorting piles of shirts in a gym. It's included in the $2.50 Bulk Processing fee.
