Why we ask for your info and W-9: it lets us pay you, and it keeps you in the loop. Partners get first notice of new programs, specials and other ways to bring us customers and get paid when those orders come through.

Rather not send your own W-9?Earn for a cause instead. Choose All of it to an organization and upload their W-9 (their treasurer or office has one). We'd love to support your booster club, school, league or a charity you care about. You can also split it: a little to you, a little to your favorite organization (then we need both W-9s).

Program terms

  • You earn a reward when someone you refer becomes a new Vinyl Press customer and their first order of $200 or more (product subtotal, not counting shipping, tax, rush or setup fees) is placed and paid.
  • Team, club and business apparel orders: 5% of that first order (7% from your 5th qualified referral in a calendar year), at least $15, up to $75.
  • Storefront signs, banners and everything else: 6% (8% from your 5th), at least $15, up to $250.
  • Bonus: $50 when your 5th referral qualifies and another $50 at your 10th.
  • Rewards are paid monthly as store credit (worth 125% of your reward), a payment to you, a donation to a booster club, school, league or charity you choose, or split between you and that organization.
  • Before your first payout we need your signed agreement to these terms and a W-9 for whoever is being paid: yours, the organization's, or both if you split. Even if you never earn enough to receive a tax form from us, the W-9 is required for our bookkeeping.
  • No referring yourself, your own business or an existing Vinyl Press customer. One reward per new customer. If two partners refer the same customer, the first one we hear from gets credit.
  • This is a pilot program. Vinyl Press may change reward rates or end the program at any time. Changes apply to new referrals; rewards already earned under the old terms will be paid as promised.
